Camp Checklist

Before embarking on your spine-tingling adventure at Camp Ophiuchus, make sure you're prepared for the cryptid-filled experience that awaits.

 

Here's a checklist to help ensure you have everything you need:

Clothing and Gear:

1. Warm Layers: out here the forest can get chilly at night. Pack warm clothing like sweaters and jackets.

2. Sturdy Hiking Boots: You never know when you'll need to dash away from an unexpected encounter.

3. Rain Gear: Sudden downpours are not uncommon in these woods.

4. Flashlights: Extra batteries wouldn't hurt. Our campfires have a tendency to attract some curious creatures.

5. Tent and Sleeping Bag: Make sure your sleeping bag can withstand a few mysterious drafts.

6. Backpack: For carrying essentials during cryptid hunts.

7. Camera and Binoculars: Capture any elusive sightings, but don't get too close!

8. First Aid Kit: You never know when you might need it.

Personal Items:

Identification: Just in case you go missing, we want to know who you are.

1. Toiletries: Camp Ophiuchus facilities might be a bit rustic, so bring your own soap, toothbrush, and other essentials.

2. Insect Repellent: Our mosquitoes are legendary and may have a taste for the unusual.

3. Notebook and Pen: Document your camp experiences, Homo sapien encounters, and eerie occurrences.

4. Snacks: Stock up on non-perishable snacks for late-night sapien hunts.

5. Water Bottles: Stay hydrated – you'll need your wits about you.

Campfire Fun: 15. Campfire Stories: Bring your spookiest tales to share around the campfire.

1. Musical Instruments: Entertain your fellow campers and, who knows, maybe even the sapiens.

2. Marshmallows and S'mores Supplies: Campfire treats are a must!

Courage and Curiosity: 18. Open Mind: Prepare to challenge your beliefs in the unexplained.
